History
* In 1999 the Blacktown Cockatiel Club held its first sale at
the Castle Hill Showground.
* 2006, the small club of 20 odd members decided not to hold the sale.
* 2006, the NSW branch of the Parrot Society of Australia took over the
management of the sale.
* Due to the growing popularity and success of the sale it was moved to
a new and larger venue at the Hills Sports Stadium.
